All Heaven & Earth therapies aim to go beyond merely treating symptoms. Unless the underlying causes of an illness are addressed, then the symptoms are likely to persist or return. Many illnesses can be rooted in the emotions, e.g. from prolonged period of unhappiness, depressions grief, anger or fear. Often people describe a sense of having lost a connection with their 'vital spark'. Each of these approaches can help regain that connection and restore vitality.

Individuals may find that one method of working is particularly suited to their energy, and some people find that the different approaches are more effective at certain times in their lives.

Recent changes in advertising standards law mean that we can no longer write about the wide variety of ways that people have been helped by these healing modalities in the past.
