Sacred Sites
Every culture in the world has, at some time, had a deep understanding of the importance of sacred places. In many instances there are uncanny similarities between these places and their arrangements and alignments - similarities which span thousands of miles and thousands of years.
The more one explores these ancient mysteries, the more one is struck by the similarities. It seems as if, at some time in the distant past there was a universal knowledge or world culture, which coordinated and understood the connections netween these sacred places.
Each ancient culture had its own unique form and expression for the structures and architecture at these places. But the underlying principles of Sacred Geometry, astronomical alignments and the understanding of subtle Earth Energies would seem to apply to all.

These sacred places are as diverse as Stonehenge, Avebury, Newgrange, Callanish, Carnac in Brittany, Karnak and the Pyramids in Egypt, Macchu Picchu, Tihuanacu in Bolivia, the Pyramids of Central America, the Pyramids of Xian in China, Uluru (Ayers Rock) in Australia, and many thousands more, including the small stone circles and holy wells which are to be found all over Britain, Ireland, Europe and beyond.
