What Happens in Crystal Healing Treatment?
When you first come for treatment, we will spend time in a relaxed atmosphere so that you can describe your present condition. Sue will ask what factors led up to it, and relevant details about your past history, lifestyle, work, relationships, family and medical history. This will all help to build a complete picture of the underlying causes behind your present condition, and to understand how best to treat the causes and any presenting symptoms.
In subsequent sessions, Sue will ask how you were immediately following the treatment, and how you have been since.
After the initial energy diagnosis, you will be asked to lie down if you can, or to recline, fully clothed. Sue will help you to be fully comfortable, then make an intuitive assessment of your energy to determine which crystals will help to restore balance. Based on the energy diagnosis, appropriate crystals will be chosen then placed on the body - on the chakras, acupuncture points, sites of pain or discomfort, or in the hands, or around the body in the energy field. Throughout the treatment, your energy picture will be observed and assessed. Crystals may be changed as your energy balance changes, and will eventually be removed when balance is restored.
Most people find a Crystal Healing treatment to be a pleasant, relaxing experience. On occasions, you may feel 'strange' or 'unusual' senstions which are a normal part of the process and should not be painful or distressing. Additionally, some people may feel emotional.
A first treatment usually lasts between 60 and 90 minutes with subsequent treatments last approximately 1 hour.
